Deliveries
Delivery estimates are determined by mileage, number of pieces, size of work, labor required, and site access/conditions.
Contingent rates are based on the details provided—how many pieces there are, where they’re going, and what the location is like.
Installations
Installation estimates are determined by mileage, number of pieces, size of work, labor required, and site access/conditions.
Site access includes details such as wall type, elevator access, stairs, and any other conditions affecting the installation.
If the installation cannot be completed as planned, a new appointment will be scheduled and treated as a separate project with its own charges.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 36 hours before the scheduled service will be charged the full estimate or the full day rate.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the estimate or a half-day rate.
Site Access & Information
Please confirm site access prior to our arrival—gate codes, lobby access, loading dock details, elevator use, etc.
Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to delays and impact ArtLift’s ability to complete the project as planned. Any resulting changes or extra time will be reflected in the final invoice.
Liability
ArtLift is not liable for any damage to wallpaper, drywall, stone or similar surfaces if the damage is due to the condition or nature of the material itself—such as cracking, splitting, or breaking—despite the use of proper tools and installation techniques.
Late Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the completion date will incur a flat late fee of $45.
An additional 1.5% interest per month will be applied to the unpaid balance thereafter.
