Booking Agreement

  • Estimates based on the details provided—how many pieces there are, where they’re going, and what the location is like.
  • Estimates - estimates are determined by mileage, number of pieces, size of work and site conditions.
  • If the installation cannot be completed as planned, a new appointment will be scheduled and treated as a separate project with its own charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged the full estimate or the full day rate. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the estimate or a half-day rate.
  • Please confirm site access prior to our arrival—gate codes, lobby access, loading dock details, etc.
  • Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to delays and impact ArtLift’s ability to complete the installation as planned. Any resulting changes or extra time will be reflected in the final invoice.
  • ArtLift is not liable for any damage to wallpaper, drywall, stone, tile, or similar surfaces if the damage is due to the condition or nature of the material itself-such as cracking, splitting, or breaking-despite the use of proper tools and installation techniques.
